Change Starts Here
Hello, I'm Jane Kagia
My Approach Is To Sit And Walk Alongside The Indivudals As They Navigate The Uncertain And Often Difficult Murky Waters Of Grife
Grief Is Not One-Size-Fits-All
Grief is a deeply personal experience, and no two journeys are the same. There is no single way to grieve, no timeline to follow, and no right or wrong way to feel. In this space, we encourage you to be honest about your pain. Healing does not begin by pretending that everything is okay. It begins when we can acknowledge our pain with honesty, compassion, and without shame. You do not have to hide your tears, silence your emotions, or minimize what you are experiencing. Your feelings deserve to be recognized and respected.
This is a space where you can gently face your grief as you are—honestly, openly, and without judgment. We are here to support you as you make sense of your loss and move through your journey at your own pace.
What I Do
You Do Not have to walk alone
This is a place where you can be heard without judgment. We welcome your emotions, your struggles, your questions, and the thoughts that may feel difficult to express. Whatever you are feeling, you are allowed to feel it. Our purpose is not to take your story from you or tell you how to grieve. This is your story, and only you can tell it and walk through it. We are here to honor your experience, respect your
pace, and offer support along the way.
Grief can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and lonely. You do not have to navigate it alone. We are here to walk beside you, to listen when you need to be heard, and to offer a steady hand when the journey feels especially difficult. Your story belongs to you. Your journey is your own. But you do not have to walk it alone.
The Process
It’s Time To Take Back Control Of Your Life
You do not have to hide your grief, and you do not have to rush your healing. Of equal importance, you don’t have to carry that pain alone.
Mental Health Concerns
Grief can affect how a person thinks, sleeps, relates with others, remembmers, makes decisions, and even imagines the future.
Personal Growth and Development
It is important that you honor your grief and embrace your story with grace, even as you allow yourself, slowly and patiently, to begin the journey toward healing.
Adjustment and Life Transitions
Grief is not one-size fits-all or “right” way to grieve. There is only your way, and you need to personally find it. And perhaps, by understanding grief more profoundly, we can learn not just how to heal but also how to live a more fulfilled life, love more compassionately, and connect more genuinely with ourseves and others.
